As the data controller, Ryder Act places the utmost importance on individuals' fundamental rights and freedoms. Therefore, we show maximum sensitivity to the processing of all personal data related to the relevant individuals in accordance with the KVKK, ensuring confidentiality and security.
Your Personal Data We Process and Collection Method
Personal data you provide to us
You share information such as your name, surname, email address, home and mobile phone numbers, home address, credit card information, your Turkish ID number if you share it, location information, IP address, accounts on your mobile device, and profiles when you register, make purchases through the website and mobile application, subscribe to the electronic newsletter, contact customer service, or benefit from any of our products or services.
Personal data we collect automatically
Data such as the services you use, the frequency of your interactions with us, information and data related to the devices you use, the frequency of using services, category preferences, time, call recordings, phone number information of the calling phone, or date, as well as browser and log information collected through cookies and voice recordings of your conversations with our customer service are collected automatically with the help of our programs and software. Our Purposes for Processing Your Personal Data
To fulfill our legal obligations explicitly provided in the laws (KVKK Art. 5/2-a)
We may process your personal data for the purposes of issuing e-invoices and fulfilling our duties to authorized public institutions and organizations.
To execute Distance Sales Contracts and other contracts (KVKK Art. 5/2-c)
During the stages of completing the shopping process (order preparation, packaging, preparing shipping documents, shipping, delivering the order to you or the person you wish to reach) and for post-sale processes (such as repairs, exchanges, returns), to ensure the e-invoice can be sent to you, to carry out membership processes, to fulfill the obligations of the membership contract we will enter into with you, to enable member login, and to provide membership information, we may process your personal data.

Third Parties to Whom Your Personal Data May Be Transferred and Purposes of Transfer
We may transfer your personal data to our service providers both domestically and internationally for the purpose of receiving product and service support in areas such as information technology, marketing, advertising, analytical activities, logistics services, payment services, specialized consulting, and accounting services (cloud call center, marketing, advertising, analytical service providers, server service providers, email server service providers, e-invoice and e-archive invoice service providers, electronic communication service providers, cargo and courier companies, card printing service providers, printing houses, banks and electronic payment institutions, legal and financial consulting service providers).
We may also provide the requested information to authorized public institutions and organizations and judicial authorities to fulfill our obligations and to exercise our legal rights such as litigation and response rights.
We share with our business partners in the context of activities to increase visitor traffic on the Site and Mobile Application.
Your Rights Under Article 11 of the KVKK
According to Article 11 of the KVKK, after proving your identity to the Company, our employees can assist you regarding your personal data:
You have the right to learn whether the Company processes personal data about you, and if so, to request information about it,
To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
To learn whether personal data is transferred domestically or internationally and to whom they are transferred.
Additionally, you have the right to request the correction of inaccurate and incomplete personal data and to request that the recipients to whom the data has been transferred or may have been transferred be informed.
Employees may request the destruction (deletion, destruction, or anonymization) of their data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK. They may also request to be informed about the destruction request concerning the third parties to whom the data has been transferred or may be transferred. However, the method of destruction will be evaluated by the Company based on the specific circumstances of the case. In this regard, employees can always request information from the Company about why a particular destruction method was chosen.
If employees have suffered damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data, they may request compensation for the damage.
Requests made in the application will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the process incurs an additional cost for the Company, a fee may be charged according to the tariff specified in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Application to the Data Controller by the Personal Data Protection Board.
