Products must be unworn, unused, and in sellable condition. They must also be in their original packaging with tags and labels attached.

Non-Returnable Products : Accessories, Lingerie products and These are swimwear and bikini products.

The customer is responsible for return shipping; all shipping costs for the return are included.

You can use any postal service at your own risk; the Ryder Act does not accept responsibility for damage during return shipping or detailed particulars. Please ensure that all return packages are sent with a traceable, insured service and are extremely well packaged.

After the item is cut, you will be refunded to the original payment method within 5 - 7 business days. We will immediately inform you about the status of your refund after reviewing the item. When we process the refund, the price specified on their websites at the time of purchase will be refunded.

The Ryder Act reserves the right to refuse returns of products returned without authorization. If your return is denied, you will be notified by email.
